Aaron Ball – Solicitor
Practising in all areas of family law, criminal law, domestic violence matters, wills and estates including enduring powers of attorney, and residential tenancy matters.
I began private practice as a solicitor after a public service career of more than 20 years that spanned multiple State and Federal government agencies, focusing on law enforcement and statutory compliance. I completed my Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2015, and in 2016 I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Register of Practitioners for the High Court of Australia. I am a member of the Queensland Law Society, and the Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland. I am an environmentalist and a keen ‘A to B’ cyclist.
For many years I have been involved in various community activities including advocacy for vulnerable road users. As a husband and father of a young family, I also understand the difficulties of balancing work and family responsibilities.
