Alina is an Associate with broad experience in Family Law and Domestic Violence Law. Alina assists clients in divorce, property division, parenting matters and domestic violence. She regularly advocates for clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and Specialist Domestic and Family Violence Court. She has extensive litigation experience in complex parenting matters and family violence.

Alina prides herself on her approachable manner, professionalism and genuine client care. She has a pragmatic and tactical approach to family law and provides timely legal advice which is easy to understand. Alina aims for optimal outcomes for all her clients, in an expedient and cost-efficient manner. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Alina was a news reporter. She was born in Moscow and speaks fluent Russian.
