Practical yet compassionate
Luis Tunstall
I have worked extensively in family law since 2018 and I have gained valuable experience in a broad range of property/financial and parenting matters since that time.
I have experience in and enjoy working on matters with a high degree of complexity, including matters with international elements. My background in business (accountancy) allows me to approach complex property/financial issues from a unique perspective.
I am practical and compassionate in my approach, and I strive to obtain the best possible outcome for all my clients in the timeliest and most cost-effective manner utilising alternate dispute resolution practices such as negotiation and mediation wherever possible, or via litigation.
In addition to family law, I have experience working in other areas of law including administrative law, immigration law, criminal law, domestic violence, conveyancing, employment law and civil law matters, all of which have enabled me to become a better and more well-rounded lawyer.
