Tayla Mojidi

Tayla Mojidi is a Senior Associate. Tayla has a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Queensland University of Technology and has since been admitted to the Brisbane Supreme Court in 2014.  She is an active member of the Family Law Practitioners Association, Queensland Law Society, and the Golden Key International Honors Society.

Tayla’s areas of interest include family law property settlements,

  • children’s matters; 
  • property law matters;
  • contract reviewal and
  • self-managed super funds.

Tayla has good knowledge of wider legal fields, including domestic violence.

As a family law solicitor, I work alongside a team of professionals to ensure my clients receive the utmost care and attention when navigating their case. I am proud to provide my clients with the strength, knowledge and support to assist them in overcoming even the most complex of legal issues.

Whilst the majority of my current practice is in family law undertaking complex children’s and property matters, domestic violence and litigation, I am also well versed and experienced in complex property matters and investments as well as providing solid legal support in small transactions such as conveyancing.

I am a member of the Golden Key International Honors Society, a law student mentor, an active member of the Sunshine Coast Law Association and Queensland Law Society and a volunteer at Caxton Legal Center, formerly volunteering for a period of four years at Sunshine Coast Legal Service.
