What areas of law do we do?

We do family law this includes child custody, divorce applications, binding financial agreements, consent orders, domestic violence breaches or defence basically anything involving children or family. We also do wills and estates. Search our website here if unsure otherwise just book into the phone consult.

Where are you located?

We are located at Aspley, Toowong, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Sandgate. We can also meet at Chermside on request.

Family Law

What is our consultation process?

• 10 minute consult for over the phone with one of our lawyers you will receive legal advice regarding your matter, and in some cases the costs and proceedings moving forward. These consultations can be held over the phone or in our office at Aspley. If they wish to do book in our other offices, please use the phone message form.
• Fresh start advice $350.

If clients request a quote

We offer a 10 minute consultation to get a better idea of the matter, we can quote for Binding Financial Agreements and Consent Orders in the consultation. We may also be able to quote for other matters.

Do we do legal aid?

No

Do we do payment plans?

We can offer payment plans on approved matters usually for property settlement matters negotiated or agreed. However, we can approve for child custody matters where the matter is agreed.

Do we do mediation?

We can attend mediation on your request to represent one party. However, we do not have mediators.

Wills

How much is a Will?

Our Wills start at consult is $95 however we need to get more instructions from you to confirm our price of the Will, we do this over the phone (book clients in for Will call here)
